i'm a (professional) photographer, and it's very hard to make a living out of it. it's a lot of work to produce a quality picture, so
it pisses me off when i see pictures of mine on other people's website, especially when they claim it's their pictures.
you're lucky you don't live in france, for the laws here on copyright are much more strict, and you'd be charged
a big fine.

Claiming copyright or creative commons licenses on works that are clearly NOT yours is likely a violation of some sort.
Though you're obv trying to show folks photos you enjoy, I fear you're likely missing the point of this site altogether.
